SUPPORT & BILLING Canceling Service Cancellation Process We're sorry to see you go! Canceling your Lead Fuel CRM subscription is straightforward and can be done anytime from your account settings.
Step 1: Log in to your Lead Fuel CRM account Step 2: Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription > Plan Details Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel Subscription" Step 4: Select a reason for cancellation (optional feedback) Step 5: Review the cancellation terms Step 6: Confirm cancellation - your account will be scheduled for closure Step 7: You'll receive a final invoice and confirmation email When Does Cancellation Take Effect Your subscription cancellation follows these guidelines: • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you'll have until that date to use your account • Annual Plans: You can cancel anytime, but the service remains active through your paid period (no refunds for unused time) • Immediate Access: You'll receive a final invoice showing the date your account will be closed Data Retention & Cleanup What happens to your data after you cancel: Step 1: You have 30 days after cancellation to download and export all your data Step 2: Request a full data export from Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Account Data Step 3: After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers Step 4: Deletion is irreversible - make sure to export everything you need Step 5: We securely destroy all backups after the 30-day window Important: After the 30-day grace period, all your data including contacts, pipelines, and email history will be permanently deleted.
Export your data before cancellation is final.
