SUPPORT & BILLING Account Upgrades How to Upgrade Your Plan Upgrading to a higher tier is simple and takes just a few clicks.
Your upgrade is effective immediately.
Step 1: Log in to your Lead Fuel CRM account Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Billing & Subscription Step 3: Click "View Available Plans" or "Upgrade Plan" Step 4: Select the plan tier you want to switch to Step 5: Review the pricing and what's included in the new plan Step 6: Confirm your upgrade (you'll see prorated pricing for this month) Step 7: You'll receive an updated invoice for the difference What Changes When You Upgrade • Immediate Access: New features and higher limits are available right away • User Seats: You can immediately add more team members if your new plan includes additional users • Contact Limits: Your contact database limit increases to your new plan's maximum • API Access: New API endpoints may become available depending on your plan • Support Level: You get instant access to your new support tier (phone support, dedicated account manager, etc.) Prorated Billing Explained When you upgrade mid-cycle, we calculate a prorated amount based on the days remaining in your current billing period.
Step 1: We charge you only for the additional features for the remaining days in your cycle Step 2: This amount is credited toward your next full billing cycle Step 3: You won't be charged for services you haven't used yet Step 4: Your next regular billing date stays the same Tip: Example: If you upgrade halfway through your cycle from Professional ($299) to Enterprise, you'll pay a prorated difference for the remaining days.
This charge is applied to your account, and your next billing date remains unchanged.
