SUPPORT & BILLING Data Export Requests Requesting Your Data Export Lead Fuel CRM makes it easy to export all your business data in an organized, usable format.
You have the right to your data at any time.
Step 1: Log in to your Lead Fuel CRM account Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data Step 3: Choose your export format (CSV, Excel, JSON, or Zapier file) Step 4: Select which data categories to include (see below for details) Step 5: Click "Generate Export" - we'll prepare your files Step 6: You'll receive an email with download links within 24 hours Step 7: Files are available for 7 days - download and save them securely What's Included in Your Export • Contacts & Companies: All contact records with custom fields, tags, and notes • Deals & Pipeline: All sales opportunities, pipeline stages, and deal history • Tasks & Activities: Calendar items, to-dos, call logs, and activity timestamps • Email History: Email conversations, sent messages, and tracked opens/clicks • Documents & Attachments: Files uploaded to your account (except extremely large media files) • Automation Records: Workflow history and triggered automation logs • Custom Fields: All custom field definitions and values • Team & Permissions: User list and role information (no passwords) Export Formats & Compatibility GDPR & Data Privacy As required by GDPR and similar privacy regulations, we provide tools to manage your personal data: • Right to Access: Export all data about you anytime, no reason needed • Right to Portability: Receive your data in a standard, portable format • Right to Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data - contact support@leadfuelcrm.com • Data Processing Agreement: Download our standard DPA from our compliance center • Privacy Shield: Lead Fuel CRM complies with international data protection standards Tip: For bulk deletions or complex data requests, contact our Privacy team at privacy@leadfuelcrm.com.
