SETTINGS & ADMINISTRATION Notifications Overview The Notifications settings allow you to configure how your team stays informed about important CRM events.
You can set up email notifications, in-app alerts, and SMS messages for activities like contact updates, deal changes, task assignments, and automation triggers.
Customize notification frequency to prevent alert fatigue while ensuring critical updates are never missed.

Do Not Disturb & Quiet Hours Prevent notifications during specific times: • Set daily quiet hours when no emails or alerts are sent • Mark specific hours as working hours to focus notifications accordingly • Temporarily enable Do Not Disturb mode for uninterrupted focus • Exception rules for urgent notifications to bypass quiet hours Important: Email delivery can take 5-15 minutes to appear in inboxes.
If you need immediate notification of critical events, enable in-app desktop alerts instead.
