SETTINGS & ADMINISTRATION Branding Settings Overview Branding Settings let you customize the visual appearance of your Lead Fuel CRM to match your company identity.
Whether you're using it internally or offering it as a white-label solution to clients, these settings control logos, colors, email templates, and interface styling to create a seamless brand experience.
Logo & Visual Identity Primary Logo Step 1: Go to Settings > Branding Settings > Logo & Colors Step 2: Click "Upload Logo" and select an image file (PNG, JPG, or SVG recommended) Step 3: The logo should be 500x500 pixels or larger with transparent background for best results Step 4: Your logo will appear in the top-left corner of the dashboard and on email communications Step 5: Click "Preview" to see how your logo looks in the interface Favicon Upload a small icon (64x64 pixels) that appears in browser tabs.
This reinforces brand recognition when users have multiple tabs open.
Color Scheme Customize the primary and accent colors used throughout the interface: • Primary Color: Main brand color used for buttons, links, and highlights • Secondary Color: Accent color for secondary actions and interface elements • Text Color: Default text color for body content • Background Color: Page background color for dashboard and content areas Tip: Use a color picker tool or enter hex color codes directly.
Test colors for sufficient contrast with text for accessibility compliance.
Email Branding Email Template Customization Brand all outgoing emails from your CRM system: • Email Logo: Upload a logo to appear at the top of outgoing emails • Email Footer: Add custom footer text with company name, address, and contact info • Email Signature: Set a default signature for automated system emails • Accent Color: Choose color for email buttons and links Email Sender Settings Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Branding > Email Sender Step 2: Enter your "From" name (displays as sender name in recipient inboxes) Step 3: Configure reply-to email address for customer responses Step 4: Verify domain ownership for email authentication (SPF, DKIM) Step 5: Test email delivery by sending a test message Important: Unverified sender domains may result in emails being marked as spam.
