SETTINGS & ADMINISTRATION System Integrations Overview System Integrations connect Lead Fuel CRM with your other business tools, enabling seamless data flow and unified workflows.
Choose from native integrations with popular platforms, or use Zapier and webhooks to connect hundreds of third-party applications.
This section covers activating, configuring, and managing all system integrations.
Native Integrations Email Services • Gmail: Sync emails, track opens/clicks, log conversations with contacts • Outlook: Full Outlook mailbox integration with lead capture from emails • Mailchimp: Two-way sync of mailing list subscribers and campaign data Communication Platforms • Twilio: SMS integration for contact outreach and notifications • Slack: Send notifications to Slack channels, receive deal alerts • Microsoft Teams: Push CRM notifications to Teams channels and direct messages Calendar & Scheduling • Google Calendar: Two-way sync of meetings and availability • Outlook Calendar: Synchronize appointments and meeting scheduling • Calendly: Embed scheduling links in emails, auto-create CRM activities E-Signature & Documents • DocuSign: Send contracts for e-signature, track document status • PandaDoc: Generate and send proposals with automatic deal tracking Activating Native Integrations Step 1: Go to Settings > System Integrations > Native Integrations Step 2: Find the integration you want to enable and click "Connect" Step 3: You'll be redirected to the external service to authorize Lead Fuel CRM Step 4: Log in and grant the requested permissions Step 5: Once authorized, you'll return to Lead Fuel CRM Step 6: Configure any additional settings specific to that integration Zapier Integration Connect to 5,000+ apps through Zapier automation: Step 1: Visit Zapier.com and search for "Lead Fuel CRM" Step 2: Create a new Zap with Lead Fuel CRM as trigger or action Step 3: Authenticate by entering your Lead Fuel CRM API key Step 4: Configure your Zap to connect Lead Fuel CRM to other apps Step 5: Test the integration and activate when ready Step 6: Popular Zapiers: Save emails to contacts, post deals to Slack, auto-create tasks Tip: Check the Zapier App Store for pre-built templates for common workflows (e.g., "New Lead from Web Form to CRM").
Webhook Integrations Send real-time data to custom endpoints: Step 1: Go to Settings > System Integrations > Webhooks Step 2: Click "Add Webhook" Step 3: Provide your webhook endpoint URL Step 4: Select which events trigger the webhook (contact.created, deal.won, etc.) Step 5: Webhooks send POST requests with CRM data to your specified URL Step 6: Track webhook delivery and retry status in the integration logs Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting View Integration Status Step 1: Navigate to Settings > System Integrations > Status Step 2: See health status of all active integrations (green = healthy, red = error) Step 3: Click on any integration to see recent activity and error logs Step 4: Check last sync timestamp for data integrations Step 5: Review error messages if integration is failing Common Issues • Authorization Failed: Re-authenticate by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration • Sync Delays: Some integrations sync every 15-60 minutes.
Data is not real-time.
• Missing Contacts: Verify field mappings are correct and external service has exported data • Duplicate Records: Enable deduplication and set up merge rules in CRM settings Important: When disconnecting integrations, any automations that depend on that integration will stop working.
Review automations before removing integrations.
