SETTINGS & ADMINISTRATION Account Settings Overview Account Settings is the central hub for configuring your Lead Fuel CRM instance with your business information, preferences, and localization options.
This section allows you to manage how your entire CRM system operates at a foundational level, including your company name, timezone, language preferences, and other essential organization details.
Accessing Account Settings Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard Step 2: Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu Step 3: You will be directed to the Account Settings page where all configuration options are organized by category Business Information Configure the core details about your organization: • Company Name: The official name of your business as it appears throughout the CRM system • Business Email: Primary contact email for account-related communications • Phone Number: Main business phone number for customer and support inquiries • Website URL: Your official business website (optional) • Industry: Select your industry from the dropdown to enable industry-specific features and templates • Company Size: Choose your team size to help us tailor recommendations and feature suggestions Localization Settings Customize your system language and regional preferences: Language & Locale • System Language: Choose your preferred interface language (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese) • Timezone: Set your default timezone for all date and time displays throughout the system • Date Format: Select between MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY formats • Currency: Choose your default currency for financial displays and reports Tip: Users on your team can override system language settings in their individual user profiles if they prefer a different language.
Advanced Options Fine-tune your account behavior with these optional settings: • Default Contact View: Set whether new team members see the List or Board view when opening contacts • Enable Contact Deduplication: Automatically detect and flag potential duplicate contacts • Audit Trail Retention: Choose how long to retain activity logs (30, 90, 180, or 365 days) • Auto-logout Duration: Set inactivity timeout for security (15 minutes to 4 hours) Important: Some settings, such as timezone and currency, may require a system refresh to apply to all users.
Users may need to refresh their browser to see changes take effect.
