Lead Fuel CRM provides tools to create review request campaigns that make it easy for customers to leave feedback.

Setting Up a Review Request Campaign Step 1: Navigate to Reputation > Review Requests.

Step 2: Click "Create Campaign" to build a new review request flow.

Step 3: Choose the delivery channel: SMS, email, or both.

Step 4: Select or create a template for your review request message.

Step 5: Include a direct link to your preferred review platform (Google, Facebook, etc.).

Step 6: Configure the timing for when the request should be sent after service completion.
