Lead Fuel CRM integrates with Google Business Profile to help you manage your Google reviews and listing directly from the platform.
Connecting Google Business Profile Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Google.
Step 2: Click "Connect Google" and sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
Step 3: Select your business location from the list.
Step 4: Grant permissions for review management and listing access.
Step 5: Your Google reviews will begin syncing to your Reputation Dashboard.
Viewing Google Reviews Once connected, all your Google reviews appear in the Reputation section: • See each review's star rating, reviewer name, date, and full review text.
