Accessing Appointment Reports Step 1: Navigate to Reporting > Appointments from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the date range and calendar for your report.
Step 3: Review the appointment metrics and detailed booking data.
Key Appointment Metrics • Total Bookings: The number of appointments booked in the selected period.
• Completed Appointments: Appointments that were attended by both parties.
• No-Shows: Appointments where the contact did not attend.
• No-Show Rate: The percentage of booked appointments that resulted in no-shows.
