MOBILE APP Conversations on Mobile The Conversations section of the mobile app lets you manage all your messaging in one place.
You can respond to texts, emails, chat messages, and more, all from a unified inbox on your phone.
ACCESSING CONVERSATIONS Step 1: Tap "Conversations" in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: Your inbox displays all active conversations sorted by most recent message.
Step 3: Unread conversations are highlighted so you can quickly identify messages needing attention.
Step 4: Tap on any conversation to open the full message thread.
RESPONDING TO MESSAGES When you open a conversation, you see the full history of messages with that contact across all channels: • Type your reply in the message input at the bottom of the screen.
• Choose the channel for your response (SMS, email, or chat) using the channel selector.
