Managing Contacts on Mobile
The Contacts section of the mobile app gives you full access to your contact database. You can view, edit, add, and communicate with contacts directly from your phone.
Viewing Contacts
Step 1:Tap "Contacts" in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2:Browse the contact list, which is sorted by most recent activity by default.
Step 3:Use the search bar at the top to find specific contacts by name, email, or phone number.
Step 4:Tap on any contact to open their full profile.
Editing Contacts
From a contact's profile, you can update any of their information:
- Tap the "Edit" button to modify name, email, phone, address, or any custom fields.
- Add or remove tags to update the contact's categorization.
- Change the assigned team member.
- Add internal notes about the contact.
Adding New Contacts
Step 1:Tap the "+" button on the Contacts screen.
Step 2:Enter the contact's name and at least one piece of contact information (email or phone).
Step 3:Add any relevant tags to categorize the new contact.
Step 4:Tap "Save" to create the contact in your CRM.
Calling and Texting From the App
You can communicate with contacts directly from their profile:
- Tap the phone icon to place a call through your Lead Fuel CRM phone number.
- Tap the message icon to send an SMS text message.
- Tap the email icon to compose and send an email.
- All communications are logged automatically in the contact's activity timeline.
- Call recordings (if enabled) are saved and accessible from the contact profile.
Tip: Use the mobile app to add new contacts immediately after meeting someone at an event or networking function. Adding them right away ensures you capture accurate information and can follow up promptly.
