Calendar and Appointments on Mobile

The Calendar section of the mobile app shows your upcoming appointments, allows you to manage bookings, and sends you reminders so you are always prepared for your next meeting.

Viewing Your Schedule

Appointment Details

Each appointment displays key information:

• Contact name and contact information.
• Date, time, and duration of the appointment.
• Appointment type or calendar it is booked on.
• Location or meeting link (if virtual).
• Any notes submitted by the contact during booking.
• Status (confirmed, pending, cancelled, or no-show).

Managing Bookings

From the appointment detail screen, you can take several actions:

• Confirm or cancel the appointment.
• Reschedule to a new date and time.
• Mark as completed or no-show after the scheduled time.
• Send a message to the contact directly from the appointment.
• Add internal notes about the meeting.

Getting Reminders

The mobile app sends push notifications to remind you about upcoming appointments:

• Configure reminder timing in your notification settings (e.g., 15 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before).
• Reminders include the contact name, appointment type, and time.
• Tap the reminder notification to go directly to the appointment details.

Tip: Review your calendar on the mobile app at the start of each day. This gives you a quick overview of your schedule and ensures you are prepared for every meeting, even when you are away from your desk.
