MOBILE APP Calendar and Appointments on Mobile The Calendar section of the mobile app shows your upcoming appointments, allows you to manage bookings, and sends you reminders so you are always prepared for your next meeting.
VIEWING YOUR SCHEDULE Step 1: Tap "Calendar" in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 2: The default view shows your upcoming appointments for the current day.
Step 3: Swipe left or right to navigate between days, or switch to week or month view.
Step 4: Tap on any appointment to see the full details.
APPOINTMENT DETAILS Each appointment displays key information: • Contact name and contact information.
• Date, time, and duration of the appointment.
• Appointment type or calendar it is booked on.
