MOBILE APP Mobile Notifications and Settings Push notifications keep you informed about new leads, messages, appointments, and important activity in your CRM.
Configuring your notification preferences ensures you receive the alerts that matter most without being overwhelmed.
PUSH NOTIFICATION SETUP Step 1: When you first log in to the mobile app, you will be prompted to allow notifications.
Tap "Allow." Step 2: If you previously denied notifications, go to your device Settings > Lead Fuel CRM > Notifications and enable them.
Step 3: Within the app, navigate to Settings > Notifications to configure which types of alerts you receive.
NOTIFICATION TYPES You can enable or disable notifications for different types of activity: • New Lead: Receive an alert when a new contact is created via form submission or other source.
• New Message: Get notified when a contact sends a text, email, or chat message.
• Appointment Booked: Alert when a new appointment is scheduled on your calendar.
