Mobile Notifications and Settings

Push notifications keep you informed about new leads, messages, appointments, and important activity in your CRM. Configuring your notification preferences ensures you receive the alerts that matter most without being overwhelmed.

Push Notification Setup

Notification Types

You can enable or disable notifications for different types of activity:

• New Lead: Receive an alert when a new contact is created via form submission or other source.
• New Message: Get notified when a contact sends a text, email, or chat message.
• Appointment Booked: Alert when a new appointment is scheduled on your calendar.
• Appointment Reminder: Receive reminders before upcoming appointments.
• Missed Call: Get notified when you miss an incoming call.
• Task Assigned: Alert when a new task is assigned to you.
• Pipeline Activity: Notifications when opportunities are created, moved, or closed.

Notification Preferences

Customize how notifications behave on your device:

• Sound: Enable or disable notification sounds.
• Vibration: Enable or disable vibration for notifications.
• Badge Count: Show or hide the unread count badge on the app icon.
• Quiet Hours: Set hours during which notifications are silenced (e.g., 10 PM to 7 AM).

In-app Settings

The Settings menu within the mobile app includes additional configuration options:

• Account: View your account details and manage your profile.
• Default Channel: Set the default communication channel for new messages (SMS, email, etc.).
• Signature: Configure your email signature for messages sent from mobile.
• Security: Enable biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition) for faster access.
• Cache: Clear cached data if you are experiencing performance issues.

Tip: Enable notifications for new leads and new messages at minimum. These are the most time-sensitive alerts and responding quickly to leads significantly increases your conversion rate.
