Unlike traditional forms that capture contact information, surveys focus on asking questions to understand customer needs, preferences, pain points, and satisfaction.
Surveys help you make better business decisions and create more targeted marketing campaigns.
Creating a Survey Step 1: From your Lead Fuel CRM dashboard, navigate to Funnels or Websites Step 2: Click the three-dot menu on your funnel/website and select "Add Survey" Step 3: Give your survey a name and description Step 4: Click "Create Survey" to open the survey builder Step 5: Click "Add Question" to add your first survey question Step 6: Choose your question type and enter the question text Step 7: Add answer options (for multiple choice, rating, etc.) Step 8: Continue adding questions until your survey is complete Step 9: Configure survey settings (see Survey Settings section below) Question Types • Multiple Choice: Respondents select one option from several choices.
• Checkboxes: Respondents can select multiple options.
• Rating Scale: Respondents rate something on a scale (e.g., 1-5 or 1-10).
• Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measure customer loyalty with a 0-10 scale.
• Likert Scale: Measure agreement with statements (Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree).
