Introduction to Forms in Lead Fuel CRM

Forms are one of the most important conversion tools in your funnels and websites. They allow you to collect visitor information, qualify leads, and capture data for your email list or customer database. Lead Fuel CRM provides an intuitive form builder with powerful features to collect exactly the information you need.

    Creating a Form

Step 1:Add a form to your page by dragging the Form element from the left sidebar
Step 2:Click on the form to open the Form Builder
Step 3:Click "Add Field" to start adding form fields
Step 4:Select your field type (name, email, phone, text area, etc.)
Step 5:Configure field settings: label, placeholder text, whether it's required
Step 6:Add as many fields as you need to your form
Step 7:Customize the form title and submit button text
Step 8:Configure what happens after submission (see Submit Actions below)

    Field Types Available

    • Text Field: Single-line text input for names, titles, or short responses.
    • Email: Validates email format and is required for most lead capture forms.
    • Phone: Formats phone numbers and validates phone format.
    • Text Area: Multi-line text input for longer messages or comments.
    • Dropdown: Select from a predefined list of options.
    • Checkbox: Multiple yes/no choices where visitors can select multiple.
    • Radio Buttons: Multiple choices where visitors select only one option.
    • Date Picker: Allows visitors to select a date from a calendar.
    • Hidden Field: Capture information automatically without visitor input.

    Conditional Logic

Conditional logic allows you to show or hide form fields based on visitor responses. This creates a personalized experience and keeps your form clean and focused.

Step 1:Click on a field and select "Add Conditional Logic"
Step 2:Set your condition: "if field X equals/contains/is greater than Y"
Step 3:Choose which fields should appear when that condition is met
Step 4:Add multiple conditions to create complex logic paths
Step 5:Preview your form to see how conditions work
