Sending a Document Step 1: Open an existing document or create a new one from a template.
Step 2: Review and customize the content for the specific recipient.
Step 3: Ensure all signature fields, date fields, and fillable fields are placed correctly.
Step 4: Click "Send for Signature." Step 5: Select the recipient(s) from your contacts or enter their email address.
Step 6: Add an optional personal message that will appear in the signing invitation email.
Step 7: Set an expiration date if the document has a time limit for signing.
