Build templates once, and then customize them for each client when you are ready to send.
Building a New Template Step 1: Navigate to Documents and click "Create Template." Step 2: Choose a blank template or start from a pre-built template in the library.
Step 3: Name the template (e.g., "Standard Service Agreement" or "Photography Package Proposal").
Step 4: Use the document builder to design your template layout.
Document Builder Features The drag-and-drop document builder includes the following elements: • Text Blocks: Add paragraphs, headings, and formatted text for contract terms, descriptions, and instructions.
• Images and Logo: Insert your company logo, portfolio images, or other visual elements.
• Tables: Create pricing tables, line item breakdowns, or comparison charts.
