The drag-and-drop document builder includes the following elements:

• Text Blocks: Add paragraphs, headings, and formatted text for contract terms, descriptions, and instructions.
• Images and Logo: Insert your company logo, portfolio images, or other visual elements.
• Tables: Create pricing tables, line item breakdowns, or comparison charts.
• Signature Fields: Place signature blocks where signers need to sign or initial.
• Date Fields: Add date fields that auto-fill or are completed by the signer.
• Checkbox Fields: Include checkboxes for options, acknowledgments, or terms acceptance.

Using Merge Fields

Merge fields automatically populate document content with data from your CRM contacts:

• Contact merge fields: {{contact.first_name}}, {{contact.last_name}}, {{contact.email}}, {{contact.phone}}, {{contact.address}}.
• Business merge fields: Your company name, address, phone, and other business details.
• Custom field merge fields: Any custom fields you have created in your CRM.
• Date merge fields: Current date, expiration date, and other date values.

Custom Branding

Make your documents look professional and consistent with your brand:

• Add your company logo to the header.
• Set brand colors for headings, accents, and borders.
• Choose fonts that match your brand guidelines.
• Add a footer with your company information and contact details.
