How Tags Work A tag is a text label that can be applied to any contact.
Contacts can have multiple tags, and tags can be used across the entire platform for filtering, automations, and campaign targeting.
Adding Tags to Contacts • Manual: Open a contact profile and add tags in the Tags field.
• Bulk Action: Select multiple contacts and use the "Add Tags" bulk action.
• Import: Include a Tags column in your CSV import file.
• Forms: Configure forms to automatically add tags when submitted.
