CRM & CONTACTS Bulk Actions Bulk Actions allow you to perform operations on multiple contacts at once, saving significant time when managing large groups of leads or customers.
How to Select Multiple Contacts Step 1: Go to Contacts from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Use the checkbox next to each contact to select individual contacts, or click the checkbox in the header row to select all visible contacts.
Step 3: Optionally, apply filters first to narrow down the contacts before selecting.
Step 4: Once contacts are selected, the bulk action toolbar will appear at the top of the list.
Available Bulk Actions • Add Tags: Apply one or more tags to all selected contacts at once.
• Remove Tags: Remove specific tags from all selected contacts.
• Send Email: Send the same email to all selected contacts.
