Every lead, customer, and prospect is stored here as a contact record.
This guide covers how to view, organize, and manage your contacts effectively.
Viewing Your Contacts Navigate to Contacts from the left sidebar to see your full contact database.
The default view shows contacts in a list format with key information visible at a glance.
• Contact Name: First and last name of the contact.
• Email: Primary email address.
• Phone: Primary phone number.
