It contains information about your business, products, services, policies, and frequently asked questions that the AI uses to generate accurate, relevant responses.

Why the Knowledge Base Matters Without a well-built knowledge base, your AI assistants will give generic or inaccurate responses.

The knowledge base is what makes the AI understand your specific business and answer questions the way you or your team would.

Creating Your Knowledge Base Step 1: Navigate to Settings > AI > Knowledge Base.

Step 2: Click "Create New Knowledge Base" or edit an existing one.

Step 3: Give the knowledge base a name (e.g., "Main Business KB" or "Product Information").

Step 4: Start adding content using one or more of the available methods (manual entry, file upload, or URL scraping).
