How the Voice Assistant Works The AI Voice Assistant uses advanced speech recognition and natural language processing to understand callers and respond with a human-like voice.

It draws from your knowledge base and configured prompts to handle conversations relevant to your business.

Setting Up the Voice Assistant Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers and select the number you want to enable AI on.

Step 2: Enable the AI Voice Assistant option for that number.

Step 3: Configure the voice assistant's personality, name, and conversation instructions.

Step 4: Select the voice type and language for the assistant.
