It engages visitors in natural conversation, answers their questions using your knowledge base, qualifies leads by asking the right questions, and can book appointments directly.
Setting Up Your AI Chat Assistant Step 1: Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click "Create New" or edit your existing chat widget.
Step 3: Enable the AI Bot toggle to activate AI-powered responses.
Step 4: Configure the bot personality including its name, greeting message, and conversation tone.
Step 5: Select which knowledge base the bot should use for answering questions.
Step 6: Set the escalation rules for when the bot should hand off to a human team member.
