SUPPORT & BILLING Billing & Invoices Accessing Your Invoices All your billing documents and invoices are stored securely in your Lead Fuel CRM account and can be accessed anytime.

Step 1: Log in to your Lead Fuel CRM account Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Billing & Invoices Step 3: View a complete history of all invoices and transactions Step 4: Click on any invoice to download or print as PDF Step 5: Search invoices by date range or amount Payment Methods Lead Fuel CRM accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience.

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) • Debit cards • Bank transfers / ACH (Enterprise plans) • Wire transfers (available for large accounts) • Custom invoicing (contact sales for annual enterprise agreements) Updating Your Billing Information Step 1: Go to Settings > Billing & Invoices > Payment Methods Step 2: Click "Add New Payment Method" or edit an existing one Step 3: Enter your card or bank account details securely Step 4: Set this as your default payment method (required for auto-renewal) Step 5: You can save multiple payment methods for flexibility Billing Notifications You'll automatically receive email notifications for important billing events: • Invoice issued - within 1 day of billing date • Payment confirmation - immediately after successful transaction • Upcoming renewal - 7 days before renewal date • Payment failed - immediately if a charge doesn't go through • Receipt request - download PDF copy anytime from your account Tip: You can customize notification preferences in Settings > Account > Email Preferences to get reminders about upcoming charges.
