REPORTING & ANALYTICS Dashboard Overview The Lead Fuel CRM Dashboard is your command center for understanding business performance at a glance.
It aggregates key metrics from across the platform into a single, customizable view.
Accessing the Dashboard Step 1: Click "Dashboard" in the left sidebar or the home icon at the top of the navigation.
Step 2: The main dashboard loads with your configured widgets and metrics.
Default Dashboard Metrics The default dashboard includes the following key performance indicators: • Leads: Total number of new leads generated in the selected time period.
• Opportunities: Active deals in your sales pipeline with their total value.
• Appointments: Upcoming and recently completed appointments.
• Conversations: Active conversations across all messaging channels.
