Managing Opportunities
OPPORTUNITIES & PIPELINES Managing Opportunities Opportunities are the core records within your pipelines.
Each opportunity represents a potential deal and contains all the information you need to track its progress and close the sale.
CREATING AN OPPORTUNITY Step 1: Navigate to Opportunities and select your pipeline.
Step 2: Click "Add Opportunity" or click the "+" icon on any stage column.
Step 3: Select or search for an existing contact, or create a new contact for the opportunity.
Step 4: Enter the opportunity name, deal value, and expected close date.
Step 5: Assign the opportunity to a team member if applicable.
Step 6: Select the starting stage for the opportunity.
