    Creating and Customizing Pipelines

Lead Fuel CRM allows you to create as many pipelines as you need to manage different processes in your business. Each pipeline can be fully customized with its own stages, colors, and settings.

    Creating a New Pipeline

Step 1:Navigate to Opportunities from the left sidebar.
Step 2:Click the dropdown next to your current pipeline name and select "Create New Pipeline."
Step 3:Enter a name for the pipeline that describes the process it represents.
Step 4:Add your stages by clicking "Add Stage" and entering a name for each step.
Step 5:Arrange the stages in order by dragging and dropping them into position.
Step 6:Click "Save" to create the pipeline.

    Customizing Stages

Each stage can be configured with additional settings to help you manage your process:

    • Stage Name: A clear, descriptive name for the step in your process.
    • Stage Color: Assign a color to visually distinguish stages on the board.
    • Stage Order: Drag and drop stages to rearrange their sequence.
    • Win or Loss Stage: Mark a stage as a "won" or "lost" stage for reporting purposes.

    Editing and Deleting Pipelines

You can edit a pipeline at any time by clicking the gear icon next to the pipeline name. You can rename stages, reorder them, add new ones, or remove stages that are no longer needed. Deleting a pipeline will remove all opportunities within it, so proceed with caution.

    Pipeline Views

Lead Fuel CRM offers two views for managing opportunities:

    • Board View: A visual Kanban-style board where each column represents a stage. Drag opportunities between columns to move them through your pipeline.
    • List View: A traditional table view that lets you sort, filter, and bulk-edit opportunities.

Tip: Use the board view for daily pipeline management and the list view for reporting and bulk actions. Both views show the same data in different formats.
