CALENDARS & APPOINTMENTS Calendar Groups Organizing Calendars with Calendar Groups Calendar groups let you display multiple related calendars together on booking pages or organize them logically.

This is especially useful if you manage many calendars for different services, locations, or team members.

Creating a Calendar Group Step 1: Go to Calendars > Calendar Groups Step 2: Click "Create New Group" Step 3: Name the group (e.g., "Spa Services," "Multiple Locations," or "Team A") Step 4: Write an optional description explaining the group's purpose Step 5: Click "Add Calendars" to select which calendars belong to this group Step 6: Check the calendars you want to include Step 7: Click "Save Group" Tip: Use calendar groups to organize by service type, location, or team.

This makes management easier and allows you to display relevant calendars on specific booking pages.

Displaying Calendar Groups on Booking Pages When creating or editing a booking page, you can link it to a calendar group instead of individual calendars.

This shows customers all options in that group.

Step 1: Create or edit a booking page Step 2: In the "Calendars" section, select "Use Calendar Group" Step 3: Choose the group from the dropdown menu Step 4: Decide whether customers see all calendars or select one first Step 5: Configure the display order (which calendars appear first) Step 6: Save the booking page Creating Service Menus with Calendar Groups A service menu combines multiple calendars with services.

This allows customers to first choose a service, then select a time slot from available providers or locations.
