The AI Email Writing Assistant helps you compose professional, personalized emails faster. It is available whenever you are writing an email within Lead Fuel CRM, whether in the conversation inbox, email campaigns, or templates.

- Draft Full Emails: Describe the purpose and the AI writes a complete email draft for you.
- Improve Existing Text: Highlight text and ask the AI to improve clarity, tone, or professionalism.
- Adjust Tone: Change the tone of your email from formal to friendly, or vice versa, with one click.
- Shorten or Expand: Make your email more concise or add more detail as needed.
- Fix Grammar and Spelling: Clean up your writing with AI-powered proofreading.
- Subject Line Suggestions: Generate engaging subject lines that improve open rates.
How to Use in the Inbox
Step 1:Open a conversation and click "Reply" to begin composing an email.
Step 2:Click the AI assistant icon in the email composer toolbar.
Step 3:Choose an action: Draft, Improve, Change Tone, Shorten, Expand, or Fix Grammar.
Step 4:If drafting, provide a brief description of what you want the email to say.
Step 5:Review the AI-generated content and make any edits before sending.
Tip: The AI email assistant considers the conversation history when drafting replies. It will reference previous messages to create contextually appropriate responses.
