Sending WhatsApp Messages
WHATSAPP MESSAGING Sending WhatsApp Messages Once your WhatsApp integration is connected and your templates are approved, you can start sending messages to contacts through WhatsApp directly from Lead Fuel CRM.
MANUAL MESSAGING Step 1: Open the Conversations section and select a contact, or navigate to a contact's profile.
Step 2: In the message composer, select WhatsApp as the channel using the channel selector.
Step 3: If the conversation is within the 24-hour window (the contact messaged you recently), type your message freely and send.
Step 4: If outside the 24-hour window, you must select an approved template to initiate the conversation.
Step 5: Fill in any template variables with the relevant information.
Step 6: Click "Send" to deliver the message.
BULK MESSAGING Send WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts at once: • Navigate to Contacts and select the contacts you want to message.
