SOCIAL MEDIA & SOCIAL PLANNER Social Planner Overview The Social Planner in Lead Fuel CRM gives you a centralized hub to manage all of your social media activity.
From one dashboard you can compose posts, schedule content in advance, and monitor engagement across every connected platform.
Accessing the Social Planner Step 1: Click "Marketing" in the left sidebar navigation.
Step 2: Select "Social Planner" from the submenu.
Step 3: You will see a calendar view showing all scheduled and published posts.
Dashboard Layout The Social Planner dashboard provides several key areas: • Calendar View: A monthly, weekly, or daily calendar displaying all scheduled posts with color-coded platform icons.
• Post Composer: A text editor where you create new posts with media attachments, hashtags, and platform-specific settings.
• Connected Accounts: A list of all linked social media profiles with their connection status.
