Connecting Social Media Accounts

SOCIAL MEDIA & SOCIAL PLANNER Connecting Social Media Accounts To publish and schedule posts through Lead Fuel CRM, you need to connect your social media accounts.

This guide walks through the connection process for each supported platform.

Supported Platforms Lead Fuel CRM currently supports the following social media platforms: • Facebook Pages (business pages, not personal profiles) • Instagram Business or Creator accounts • Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) • LinkedIn Company Pages and personal profiles • TikTok Business accounts Connecting Facebook Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.

Step 2: Click "Connect Facebook" and log in with your Facebook credentials.

Step 3: Select the Facebook Pages you want to manage from the list of pages you administer.

Step 4: Grant the required permissions for posting and analytics access.

Step 5: Click "Save" to complete the connection.

Connecting Instagram Step 1: Ensure your Instagram account is set to a Business or Creator account (this is required for API access).
