REPUTATION MANAGEMENT Automated Review Follow-ups Lead Fuel CRM allows you to automate the entire review request process using workflows.

Set up triggers that automatically send review requests at the right time after a service or transaction is completed.

Setting Up Automated Review Workflows Step 1: Navigate to Automation > Workflows.

Step 2: Click "Create Workflow" and name it (e.g., "Post-Service Review Request").

Step 3: Choose a trigger event that signals a completed service: • Appointment status changed to "Completed" • Invoice marked as "Paid" • Pipeline stage changed to "Service Complete" • A specific tag is applied to the contact (e.g., "service-completed") Step 4: Add a wait step to delay the review request (recommended: 1-2 hours after service completion).

Step 5: Add a "Send SMS" or "Send Email" action using your review request template.

Step 6: Optionally add a follow-up reminder if no review is received after a few days.

Step 7: Activate the workflow.
