Order Management
When customers make purchases through your invoices, order forms, or funnels, each transaction is recorded as an order in Lead Fuel CRM. The Orders section gives you a complete view of all transactions.
Viewing Orders
Step 1:Navigate to Payments > Orders from the left sidebar.
Step 2:The orders list displays all transactions with key details visible at a glance.
Step 3:Use filters to narrow down by date range, status, product, or customer.
Step 4:Click on any order to view its full details.
Order Details
Each order record includes:
- Customer Information: Name, email, and contact details of the buyer.
- Products Purchased: List of items with quantities and individual prices.
- Payment Method: How the customer paid (card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the payment in your processor.
- Order Status: Current state of the order (completed, pending, refunded, failed).
- Timestamps: When the order was placed and when payment was processed.
Order Statuses
- Completed: Payment received and order fulfilled successfully.
- Pending: Order placed but payment not yet confirmed.
- Failed: Payment attempt was unsuccessful.
- Refunded: Full payment amount returned to the customer.
- Partially Refunded: A portion of the payment was returned.
Processing Refunds
Step 1:Open the order you want to refund.
Step 2:Click "Refund" and choose full or partial refund.
Step 3:For partial refunds, enter the amount to return.
Step 4:Add an internal note explaining the reason for the refund.
Step 5:Confirm the refund. The amount will be returned to the customer's original payment method.
Tip: Set up automated email notifications for new orders so your team is immediately aware of incoming purchases and can take action if fulfillment is required.
