Creating and Sending Invoices
PAYMENTS & INVOICING Creating and Sending Invoices Lead Fuel CRM includes a full invoicing system that lets you create professional invoices, send them to clients, and track payment status all within the platform.
Creating a New Invoice Step 1: Navigate to Payments > Invoices from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click "Create Invoice" to open the invoice builder.
Step 3: Select the client from your contacts list or add a new contact.
Step 4: Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices.
Step 5: Apply any discounts, taxes, or additional fees.
Step 6: Set the payment terms including due date and accepted payment methods.
Step 7: Preview the invoice to check formatting and accuracy.
