INTEGRATIONS Facebook and Instagram Integrations Lead Fuel CRM integrates with Facebook and Instagram to help you manage your social media presence, capture leads from ads, and communicate with customers through Messenger.
Facebook Pages Connect your Facebook Pages to manage them from within Lead Fuel CRM: Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook.
Step 2: Click "Connect Facebook" and log in with your Facebook credentials.
Step 3: Select the Pages you manage that you want to connect.
Step 4: Grant the required permissions for posting, messaging, and analytics.
• Publish posts to your Facebook Page from the Social Planner.
• Respond to Facebook Page messages from the Lead Fuel CRM conversation inbox.
• Monitor Page engagement and audience metrics.
