FORMS & SURVEYS Form Builder Overview The Form Builder in Lead Fuel CRM allows you to create custom forms that capture lead information, collect feedback, register users for events, and more.
Forms are one of the primary ways new contacts enter your CRM, making them a critical part of your lead generation strategy.
ACCESSING THE FORM BUILDER Step 1: Navigate to Sites > Forms from the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click "Create New Form" to start building, or select an existing form to edit.
Step 3: The form builder interface opens with a drag-and-drop editor where you can add and arrange fields.
FORM BUILDER INTERFACE The form builder is a visual editor with three main areas: • Field Panel: A library of available field types you can drag onto your form (text, email, phone, dropdown, etc.).
• Form Canvas: The main editing area where you arrange and configure your form fields.
• Settings Panel: Configuration options for form behavior, styling, notifications, and integrations.
