Form Builder Overview

The Form Builder in Lead Fuel CRM allows you to create custom forms that capture lead information, collect feedback, register users for events, and more. Forms are one of the primary ways new contacts enter your CRM, making them a critical part of your lead generation strategy.

The form builder is a visual editor with three main areas:

• Field Panel: A library of available field types you can drag onto your form (text, email, phone, dropdown, etc.).
• Form Canvas: The main editing area where you arrange and configure your form fields.
• Settings Panel: Configuration options for form behavior, styling, notifications, and integrations.

Form Types

Lead Fuel CRM supports several form types for different use cases:

• Contact Forms: Simple forms to collect name, email, phone, and a message from visitors.
• Lead Capture Forms: Optimized forms designed to convert visitors into leads with minimal friction.
• Registration Forms: Collect detailed information for event sign-ups, program enrollment, or account creation.
• Order Forms: Forms connected to your products and payment processing for direct sales.
• Custom Forms: Build any form you need with custom fields, conditional logic, and advanced features.

Embedding Options

Once your form is built, you can deploy it in several ways:

• Embed on Website: Copy the embed code and paste it into any webpage.
• Funnel or Website Page: Add the form directly in the Lead Fuel CRM page editor.
• Standalone URL: Share a direct link to the form that opens on its own page.
• Popup or Modal: Display the form as a popup triggered by a button click or time delay.

Tip: Start with a simple form and add complexity as needed. Forms with fewer fields tend to have higher completion rates, so only ask for information you truly need at the point of capture.
