FORMS & SURVEYS Embedding Forms on Websites Once you have built a form or survey in Lead Fuel CRM, you need to deploy it where your audience will see it.
Lead Fuel CRM provides multiple embedding methods to fit any website or funnel setup.
INLINE EMBED The most common method is embedding the form directly into a page: Step 1: Open your form and navigate to the "Embed" or "Share" section.
Step 2: Copy the inline embed code (an HTML snippet).
Step 3: Paste the code into your website's HTML where you want the form to appear.
Step 4: The form will render inline within your page content.
POPUP FORMS Display your form as a popup or modal overlay: • Click Trigger: The popup appears when a visitor clicks a specific button or link on your page.
• Time Delay Trigger: The popup appears after a visitor has been on the page for a set number of seconds.
