CALENDARS & APPOINTMENTS Service Management Defining and Managing Your Service Offerings Services are the core offerings customers can book in Lead Fuel CRM.

Properly configured services include duration, pricing, descriptions, and any requirements.

This guide covers everything you need to set up and manage your service catalog.

Creating a Service Step 1: Navigate to Calendars > Services from your dashboard Step 2: Click "Add Service" to create a new offering Step 3: Enter the service name (e.g., "Initial Consultation" or "Hair Styling") Step 4: Write a detailed description of what the service includes Step 5: Set the duration in minutes (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 minutes) Step 6: Enter the price or select "Free" if no payment is required Step 7: Choose which calendar(s) this service is available on Step 8: Click "Create Service" to save Tip: Break down complex services into multiple options.

Instead of one "Consultation" service, offer "15-Minute Quick Chat," "30-Minute Strategy Session," and "60-Minute Deep Dive." Service Details and Configuration Duration and Timing Service duration determines how long a time slot will be blocked on your calendar.

Consider setup time, actual service delivery, and cleanup time when setting duration.

• Service duration: The time customers book (e.g., a 1-hour massage) • Buffer time: Added after the service ends (separate from service duration) • Lead time: Minimum time before the appointment customers must book • Notice period: How far in advance a service can be booked (e.g., up to 3 months) Pricing and Payment Step 1: In service settings, navigate to the "Pricing" section Step 2: Select whether the service is free or paid Step 3: If paid, enter the price customers will pay Step 4: Choose whether payment is required at booking or can be paid later Step 5: Configure your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) Step 6: Set up any applicable taxes or surcharges Step 7: Save pricing settings Tip: Offer tiered pricing for different service levels.

This allows you to capture customers with various budgets while maximizing revenue from those willing to pay more.
