Creating a Webhook Trigger Step 1: In your automation, select "Webhook Event" as the trigger Step 2: Lead Fuel CRM generates a unique webhook URL automatically Step 3: Copy this URL and provide it to your third-party service Step 4: When the external service sends data to the URL, your automation starts immediately Step 5: The webhook data becomes available to conditions and actions in your automation Sending Data via Webhook Action In addition to triggering automations with webhooks, you can also send contact data to external systems.
Use the "Send Webhook" action to POST contact information to another application's API endpoint.
This is useful for syncing data with specialized tools, payment processors, or custom software.
